Artwork Submission Guidelines

All artwork may be submitted in full color and must be provided in one of the following formats:

• Digital files (preferred formats: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign).
  All image files (logos, photographs) and any non-embedded font files must be included.
   
• High-resolution, press-ready PDFs (minimum 300 dpi with embedded fonts).
   

If you need assistance designing your ad, we work with an outside design firm. A design fee of $75 per ad applies. Please let us know if you would like to be connected.

Ad Dimensions

• Full Page: Maximum image size 5"w x 8"h 
• Half Page: Maximum image size 5"w x 4"w
• Quarter Page: Maximum image size 5"w x 2"
   

Deadline for inclusion in the Program Booklet: April 20, 2026
